Landlord gas safety certificates
Landlords must legally hold a valid Landlords Gas Safety Certificate for any properties which are rented out to tenants. I can carry out the relevant safety checks and issue Gas Safety Certificates once complete. This is valid for one year, and must be renewed every year.
